This welcoming, detached cottage next to the owner's home, three miles from Rosecrea in County Tipperary, sleeps two people in one double bedroom.  The Old Stables is a welcoming and homely detached cottage, set next to the owner's home. With one double bedroom and a separate shower room, it can sleep two people. There's also an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric fire. Outside, there is a shared, enclosed lawned garden with furniture and BBQ. There's also ample off road parking. The Old Stables provides couples with a comfortable retreat, perfect for touring this lovely area.

Electric storage heaters with electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, TV with Saorview and UK satellite channels, WiFi, selection of books. Electricity inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Ample off road parking. Shared, enclosed garden with furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 3 miles. Note: Although all ground floor, this property is accessed by 2 steps.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
