This charming cottage is bursting with character and is located near Legan in County Longford, Ireland and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. The Thatch Cottage is a charming cottage that bursts with character and benefits from its peaceful location. The cottage has two double bedrooms, as well as a main bathroom and separate wet room with basin and WC, and can sleep four people. The rest of the cottages is made up of a well-equipped kitchen with dining area, sitting room with woodburning stove and an extra study room. Outside there is ample off road parking and gravelled area to the front and side of the property.

Oil fired central heating with additional heating from electric range in kitchen. Microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, TV with basic channels, selection of books. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc.in rent. Ample off road parking. Gravelled area to front and side of property. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: There are a number of steps and low doorways throughout the property, so care should be taken. Note: The cottage garden opens out to a main road so children need supervision. Note: The living room stove is for decorative purposes only.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
