This delightful, first floor apartment in Boyle, County Roscommon, can sleep six people in two bedrooms. Abbey View 2 is a superb first floor apartment in the town of Boyle, County Roscommon, overlooking the abbey. Set near the centre of the town, the property can sleep six people in one double bedroom and one family bedroom with triple bunks and single bed. There's also a shower room and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with balcony and seating. Outside, there is off road parking for one car plus additional roadside parking on a first come, first served basis. Abbey View 2 is a wonderful cottage in a great town location, perfect for discovering this vibrant area of Ireland.

Electric heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Saorview. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car with additional roadside parking on first come, first served basis. One well-behaved pet welcome. Electricity is not included in the price averages at about 7 euros a day can be bought online on your phone or purchase from grocery store which is a km aware. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:The property was very good and was in perfect condition which made our stay most enjoyable. There was also plenty to do and see. Most of all it was perfect for a relaxing break.
