This character, detached holiday cottage next to the owner's home and working farm, sleeps six people in three bedrooms. Ballykeeffe Farmhouse is a delightful, detached holiday home on the same site as the owner's home and working farm. With three bedrooms, one with its own en-suite, along with a ground floor bathroom and a first floor shower room, the property can sleep up to six people. There's also a kitchen with dining area, a separate dining room with open fire and a sitting room (seating five) also with an open fire. Outside, there is an external games room to be found with pool table and darts, along with ample off road parking and a patio to the front of the property with furniture. Ballykeeffe Farmhouse, set within an easy drive of Kilkenny, offers excellent accommodation for friends and families touring this delightful area.

Oil central heating with open fires. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Free-to-air channels, DVD, pool table, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off road parking. Front patio with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2.3 miles. Note: Property sits on a working farm, children to be supervised.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:A beautiful farmhouse with plenty of space for 5 of us, and an outside area to sit or play. It was a lovely walk through the wood to the amphitheatre. The house had everything we needed and more, and it is a working farm which is lovely for children.
