There is also a ground floor bathroom and a separate WC, along with a kitchen with a dining are and a sitting room. Outside, there is a lawned garden to the front and the back of the property, as well a patio with furniture to the side where you can enjoy alfresco dining. The property has off road parking for three cars and panoramic views and direct access Lough Mask. In a great base for exploring this slice of Ireland, it makes a wonderful holiday home all year round.
