This stone built detached cottage is located in an elevated position just outside the village of Allihies in County Cork and can sleep six people in three bedrooms. Cahirkeen Cottage is a stone-built, detached cottage in an elevated position overlooking the sea in a hamlet just five miles from Allihies in County Cork. With three double bedrooms and a family shower room, this cottage is suitable for six people. Also within the cottage is an openplan living area comprising, a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a sitting room with French doors to the patio. To the outside of the cottage is off road parking for three cars and a patio and gravelled area to the rear with garden furniture and a BBQ. With its neighbouring cottage, Cahirkeen Cottage can sleep up to thirteen people and is perfect for a large family gathering or for a group of friends wishing to discover this stunning part of Ireland.

Electric heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, selection of books and games. Electricity charged via meter reading. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available. Off road parking for 3 cars. Patio and gravelled area to rear with furniture and BBQ. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Note: This property has a spiral staircase and limited head room on the landing, which may be unsuitable for the less mobile.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
