This detached cottage is located near to Sneem in County Kerry and can sleep six people in three bedrooms. Ceol Na N'ean is a detached cottage in a rural location close to Sneem in County Kerry. The cottage sleeps six people and has one double bedroom, one single, a family room and two family bathrooms. Also in the cottage is a fitted kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with a woodburner. Outside the cottage is off road parking for four cars and a lawned garden with outdoor furniture. Close to the village of Sneem and with fabulous views Ceol Na N'ean is an excellent family holiday cottage in beautiful County Kerry.

Electric storage heaters with woodburner. Gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer, WiFi, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, selection of books and games. Power charged by meter reading, fuel for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 4 cars. Lawned garden with patio and furniture. One well-behaved pet welcome. Shop and pub 2.25 miles. Note: Due to animals on surrounding farmland, dogs should be kept on a lead when outside.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:We were in a lovely, quiet and scenic area which was very safe for the children. We were only a stones throw away from some amazing beaches and Blueberry Hill Farm which was definitely worth a visit.
