This detached ground floor cottage is located in the town of Miltown Malbay in County Clare and can sleep six people in three bedrooms. The Bungalow is a detached cottage in the County Clare town of Miltown Malbay. Tthe cottage sleeps six people and has three double bedrooms and a family bathroom. The accommodation also includes a fitted kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area and an open fire. Outside the cottage is off road parking for two cars and an enclosed lawned garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. Close to the coast and with fabulous walking all around the area, The Bungalow is a lovely holiday home in fabulous County Clare.

Oil central heating with open fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Free-to-air channels, DVD, video, CD/radio, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for open fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed, lawned garden to rear with furniture and BBQ. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Beach 2 miles.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
