This single storey detached cottage is set in an elevated position, only 1.5 miles from the village of Liscannor, County Clare and sleeps three people in two bedrooms. Tigin is a lovely detached single storey cottage situated in an elevated position, close to the village of Liscannor in County Clare. This cottage sleeps three people and has two bedrooms, consisting of one four poster double with en-suite bathroom and one single. The rest of the cottage is made up of a well-equipped kitchen and a sitting room with dining area with a woodburner. To the outside of this cottage there is off road parking for five cars/watercraft, a front patio area with furniture and BBQ, plus half an acre of fields to two sides. Tigin is close to the beach, coastline, a golf course and the stunning Cliffs of Moher, which means there is something for everyone in this wonderful area.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:The cottage has a lovely feel to it. It's very comfortable and the decor and furniture is very tasteful. I brought my dog and she loved it so I think its fantastic that pets are so welcome by the owner to this lovely cottage. The views are amazing and I was blessed with the sunshine. The roll top bath was a real luxury. I had such a wonderful week there. I would highly recommend it and cannot wait to return.

,A beautiful old cottage set in a great location. There is a lovely view from the front of the cottage. There is plenty to see and do within a short distance of the cottage and it is very central to all of the tourist attractions such as the Cliffs of Moher etc. It was very pet friendly.
