This semi-detached ground floor cottage is located near the village of Malvern and can sleep two people in one bedroom. The Cottage is a semi-detached cottage near the village of Malvern just eight miles from Ledbury. The cottage sleeps two people and has one double bedroom and a shower room. Also in the cottage are a fitted kitchen with dining area and a sitting room and there is also a conservatory. Outside is off road parking for two cars and a sitting area at the front. Situated near the Malvern Hills, The Cottage is a lovely romantic break at any time of the year.

Oil central heating with electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Front patio with garden bench. Shop 1 mile, pub 12 mins walk. Note: The doorways in the property and the shower room are wheelchair-friendly.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:The cottage was very spacious, clean and very well appointed. In a lovely setting with large windows to take in the lovely views of the Malvern Hills. The heating was available all the time if needed. The kitchen was particularly well equipped and the lounge was luxurious with a large TV, comfortable suite and a lovely desk in the window to admire the views while taking in the all day sun. Really could not fault the place, we felt at home straight away.
