The apartment has a king-size double bedroom with an en-suite wet room, a twin bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area. Outside there is roadside parking for one car (parking permit in cottage), off road parking for one car five minutes' walk away and an enclosed, courtyard garden with furniture. Globe House is a lovely apartment and an ideal base for exploring Stratford-upon-Avon and the surrounding area.

Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop, pub and restaurant 2 mins walk. River Avon 6 mins walk. Note: Whilst all on the ground floor, there are some internal steps.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:Perfect location for canal and river walks. We took the bus to Evesham and walked back (18 miles). Very quiet street only a few minutes walk from the centre of Stratford. It is a 10 minute stroll from the RSC. Extremely well-equipped property. We were a party of 3 adults, so it was great to have two separate showers (and a bath).This was our 2nd stay at the property - and we plan to return.
