This terraced cottage is in the market town of Stratford-upon-Avon near to Warwick and can sleep three people in two bedrooms. 11 Victoria Cottages is a lovely terraced cottage situated in the market town of Stratford-upon-Avon just nine miles from Warwick in Warwickshire. The cottage can sleep three people in one king-size double bedroom and one single bedroom with additional z-bed together with ground floor shower room. Also in the cottage is a kitchen with fold-away dining table and a sitting room with gas fire. Outside is parking in car park with free permit and a private garden with furniture. 11 Victoria Cottages is a delightful cottage in a lovely location to explore this part of the country.

Gas central heating with gas fire. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, Smart TV with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Parking for one car with free parking permit in the Swans Nest Hotel car park at rear of property on a first-come, first-served basis. Small, private garden with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops, pubs and restaurants 5 mins walk.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
