 The Lookout is a charming, semi-detached cottage, set in an elevated position in Ironbridge, half a mile from the centre, down a steep, secluded lane. With one king-size double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, the property can accommodate two people. There is also a kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area, while outside is a steeply terraced patio with furniture. You can pull up at the top of the lane to load and unload the car, then find a spot to park in one of the local car parks, the nearest being just 300 yards away. The owner will provide a parking permit for these car parks and will leave it in the kitchen ready for your arrival. The Lookout is a lovely romantic retreat for enjoying this beautiful area of Shropshire.

Bed linen and towels. inc. in rent. Car park permit provided for local car parks (nearest 300 yards away), with loading/unloading at top of lane. External bike lock. Enclosed terraced garden with patio and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins steep walk downhill. Note: Unfenced drop in garden. Note: 16 external steps down to entrance, with level access to back door off sloping lane.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
