This detached cottage is located in the village of Walford, near Ross-on-Wye and can sleep five people in three bedrooms. The Coach House is a detached cottage in the village of Walford, just two miles from Ross-on-Wye. The cottage sleeps five people and has one ground floor double bedroom, one twin and one single, together with family bathroom. Also in the cottage is a kitchen with dining area and breakfast bar and a sitting room with woodburner. Outside is off road parking for two cars, a gravelled garden with furniture and shared use of the owners' garden with swimming pool. Situated in the beautiful Wye Valley, The Coach House is a lovely family holiday cottage all year round.

Electric wall heaters with woodburner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Lockable bike storage. Private, enclosed front gravelled garden with furniture and BBQ. Shared use of owners' one acre lawned garden with outdoor heated swimming pool (1st May until 31st August), unfenced pond and stream. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1 mile, pub 8 mins walk. Note: Single bedroom is suitable for a child only. Note: The owner's garden has an unfenced pond and stream, children must be supervised at all times. Note: The outdoor swimming pool, BBQ room and sun room are located in the owners' garden.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
