Set over three floors, this cottage sleeps ten people in five bedrooms, consisting of two ground floor zip/link king-size doubles, one with en-suite, a ground floor double with an en-suite, a ground floor twin and a second floor double with balcony. The cottage also has a first floor kitchen with breakfast bar, a first floor sitting room with dining area, a second floor bathroom and a ground floor bathroom. Outside there's off road parking for four cars and an enclosed lawned garden with decked area and furniture. Aboutime Cottage is an ideal base for families with plenty of walks and cycle routes to explore in the area.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:For families spread around the country, in our case Loughborough, Manchester & Plymouth the location was great and the house excellent. Everybody loved it and we are hoping to go back next year.
