This charming, semi-detached cottage is a short drive from Royal Wootton Bassett in the Cotswolds, and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.  Roan Cottage is a wonderful, semi-detached barn conversion, situated on a working beef cattle farm two miles from Royal Wootton Bassett. Set solely on the ground floor, this charming cottage has a double room, a twin room and a shower room. There is an open plan living area with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area and outside, there is a shared, lawned garden to the front with furniture, a lovely spot to enjoy dining alfresco. There is also off road parking for two cars and set in a beautiful location at the southern end of the Cotswold Hills, Roan Cottage is perfect for a family break or a getaway with friends.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:A very well located, spacious and comfortable cottage with a well equipped kitchen. There was good clothes storage in the bedrooms and everything was spotlessly clean.
