This charming ground floor cottage is in the Vale of Evesham in Worcestershire and can sleep two people in one bedroom.  The Annexe at Bredon House is a lovely cottage situated in the grounds of the owner's home in the Vale of Evesham in Worcestershire. The property can sleep two people in on double bedroom with en-suite shower, basin and WC. There is an open plan living area with kitchen, breakfast bar and sitting area. Outside there is a patio area with garden furniture. There is off road parking for one car available. This charming cottage is perfect for a couple wishing to enjoy a romantic getaway in a lovely area.

Oil central heating. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Sorry no pets and no smoking. Shop 1 mile, pub 10 mins walk. Note: Road noise can be heard when in the garden but not inside the cottage during early morning and late afternoon. Note: Access to the main property gate is via 9 wooden steps, alternative access available for the less mobile if required. Note: There are two steps from the open plan living area to the bedroom and three steps to the entrance of the cottage. Please note: customers must bring their own travel cot. Note: owners can speak German.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
