Able to sleep four people, this two bedroom property is adjacent to the owner's farmyard on the edge of the Cotswolds village of Upper Seagry. This detached, single-storey barn conversion is located on the owner's organic farm, on the edge of Upper Seagry. Set in the lush countryside of North Wiltshire and only six miles from the ancient town of Malmesbury, this property boasts character features such as high vaulted ceilings with exposed beams and staddle stones set into the wall. The cottage has been tastefully decorated throughout to provide spacious, comfortable living accommodation including a king-size master bedroom with en suite facilities and a Jacuzzi bath. Oxen Cottage makes an excellent base at any time of year.

Note: The property is on a working beef cattle farm and cattle are nearby. Note: The owner has one dog. Note: There is an access ramp available at this cottage. Note: There are two steps down to the front door.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:The cottage was a good base and had all the necessity requirements. It was very peaceful and the surrounding views were excellent. We received a warm welcome prior to and on arrival. Recommendations were provided on places to visit and eat. Would recommend to family and friends and the kids have already asked to return.
