The cottage can sleep six people in three bedrooms, which are made up of one king-size double which is zip/link and can be twin on request, one double and one twin and a family bathroom. The rest of the cottage is made up of a kitchen, sitting room with woodburning stove and a conservatory with dining area and a games room with table tennis, darts and pool table. To the outside is ample off road parking and an enclosed lawned garden with a patio and furniture. Set in a stunning location, Jolls Ground Barn, will make a great place to stay at any time of the year.

Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off road parking. Enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture. Access to field behind garden. Three well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1 mile, pub 15 mins walk. Note: Although all ground floor, the property is accessed via three steps and the conservatory by two. The doorway into conservatory is quite low. Note: Fields surrounding property often hold livestock, dogs to be kept under control.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
