Sleeping four people in two bedrooms, this detached bungalow is in the lovely Cornish village of Tywardreath, 3 miles from Fowey. Sunnyvista is a welcoming detached bungalow in Tywardreath village, 3 miles from Fowey and 3 miles from The Eden Project. There is a double room, and a room which can be offered as either a king-size double or twin beds. There is also a family bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. There is a fitted kitchen, and a sitting room with dining area and gas fire. Outside, there is off road parking with additional parking by the roadside. There is also a sunny private garden with furniture and BBQ. With the coastline, Eden Project, Fowey, St Austell and much more within easy reach, Sunnyvista is a wonderful base for a family or relaxing break.

Gas central heating with gas fire. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot. Off road parking for 1 car with additional roadside parking. Sunny enclosed lawned rear garden with decking, furniture and BBQ with views over the house to the sea. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 10 mins walk. Note: The cottage is built on a steeply sloping plot with 20 steps up from the road and exposed drops in both back and front gardens.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
