A wonderful, semi-detached cottage in the village of Tuckingham, near Camborne, with three bedrooms accommodating up to five people.  28 Scowbuds is a wonderful, semi-detached holiday cottage in the village of Tuckingmill, a mile from Camborne and a short drive from the Portreath Heritage Coast. The property has an open plan living area on the ground floor, with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area, plus doors opening into the enclosed patio. Upstairs are three bedrooms, two double rooms, a single bedroom and a family bathroom. The patio has furniture and a barbecue, and there is also parking for two cars just beside the house. In a great location for visiting the coast and exploring this historic mining region, 28 Scowbuds is the perfect holiday retreat.

Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, TV, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed patio with furniture and BBQ. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:The condition of the cottage was excellent throughout, couldn't fault a thing. We were able to store our cycles securely in the courtyard garden, so had a flexible holiday, visiting for example the Tehidy Country Park, Portreath, the Eden Centre and St Ives etc. The cottage makes for a relaxing stay - thank you.
