This detached cottage in Probus sleeps four people in two bedrooms. Swallow Cottage is a detached cottage in the village of Probus near Truro. The cottage has a king-size double room, a twin room and a bathroom upstairs. Downstairs is an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric fire. There is also a day room overlooking the patio. Outside, the garden has gravelled and lawned areas, plus a variety of seating areas. There is also off road parking for one small car, plus private roadside parking for one car. Swallow Cottage is just a few moments walk from the village amenities, and makes a great touring base for the Roseland Peninsula, coast and attractions such as the Eden Project.

Dual fuel range cooker with double oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 2 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 small car, plus private roadside parking at front for 1 car. Garden with gravelled and lawned areas with water feature, pergola, furniture and BBQ. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
