This charming, detached cottage sits in a fantastic coastal position in the village of Porthtowan in Cornwall, and sleeps four people in two bedrooms. Seacott is a quirky, detached cottage perched at the top of the cliffs of Porthtowan in Cornwall, boasting beautiful, far-reaching sea views. With two bedrooms, one double with en-suite bathroom and one ground floor children's bunks bedroom, this cottage can sleep four people. There is also a ground floor family bathroom and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburner. Outside is off road parking for one car, and from here 40 steep steps lead up to access the cottage with its private, decked garden with sea views. Seacott offers an unusual, yet wonderful base from which to enjoy beach life at its best.

Electric radiators with woodburner. Gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Enclosed decked garden with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 10 mins walk. Note: This cottage may be unsuitable for guests with limited mobility as it is accessed by 40 steep steps from the car park, and the first floor is reached by a narrow, open tread staircase. It's also recommended that you come down the stairs backwards. Note: Max. 2 adults and 2 children.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
