This charming, semi-detached cottage sits in a rural position near the village of Coverack in Cornwall, sleeping six people in three bedrooms. The Farmhouse is a charming, semi-detached cottage set in a rural position near the quaint fishing village of Coverack in Cornwall. With three bedrooms including one king-size double with en-suite shower room, one double and one twin, this cottage can sleep six people. The cottage also includes a bathroom and a ground floor cloakroom, along with a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with woodburner. Outside is a private, enclosed garden with furniture. Within easy walking distance is the coast of the Lizard Peninsula and the South West Coast Path. The Farmhouse offers friends and families a delightful, peaceful base from which to explore this beautiful, lesser known region of Cornwall.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:The accommodation was spacious and fitted out with furnishings of good quality. The location was quiet and quite close to the coastline and beaches.
