This 250-year old stone cottage is situated in Delabole, near the coastline of North Cornwall, with two double bedrooms accommodating four people.  Horseshoe Cottage is a wonderful, 250-year old stone cottage in Delabole, on Cornwall's north coastline. The cottage has original beams and stone floors, with a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a family bathroom on the first floor. Downstairs, there is also a kitchen with a woodburner and a sitting room with a dining area and an open fire. Outside, there is a small patio with furniture and off road parking just 20 yards away from the cottage. Horseshoe Cottage is in a wonderful area of Cornwall, with Port Isacc and Tintagel a both a short drive away.

Electric storage heaters with woodburner and open fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, Smart TV with Freeview, DVD, PlayStation 3, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for fires inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Free off road parking for 2 cars in nearby car park 20 yards away. Loading/unloading outside property. Patio with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: TV has access to Netflix, but you must have your own account.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
