The kitchen includes electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine. A decked area with seating looks over the lake and woodland beyond. With shared access to a heated swimming pool and barbecue area, an 18-hole golf course nearby and two national parks and the coast beyond, Chaffinch offers the perfect base for a family holiday, particularly for keen anglers. In the heart of rural Devon, this property is the ideal get-away for the active family.

Egyptian-cotton bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot & highchair available on request. Off road parking for 1 car. Decked outdoor area with furniture. Shared use of heated indoor swimming pool, fishing lake, games room and children's play area. Two well behaved pets welcome. Sorry no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Note: There is a lake at this property, children should be supervised. Note: Swimming pool is open approx from Easter school holidays until October half-term and two weeks over the xmas period.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
