This delightful single-storey lodge is situated on a holiday park near Looe and sleeps six people in three bedrooms. Holiday Home 4 is a wonderful single-storey holiday home set on a holiday park, two miles from Looe. This lodge sleeps six people in three bedrooms, consisting of a double and two twins, together with a shower room. The lodge also has an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area. Outside there's an enclosed veranda, off road parking for one car and further parking on the site. On the park there's a swimming pool, hot tub, a cinema and a fishing lake. Holiday Home 4 is a superb base for a family.

Gas central heating. Electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, on-site WiFi (limited). Fuel and power included in rent. Bed linen provided (towels not supplied). Travel cot (no bedding provided) and highchair on request. Off road parking for 1 car, plus additional parking in on-site car park. Enclosed veranda with furniture. Shared on-site facilities include heated indoor swimming pool, hot tub, spa, games room with pool tables and table tennis, children's play area, cinema, laundrette, dog walking area and country walk to lakes. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and The Tavern pub on-site 3 mins walk. Note: Property accessed via 4 steps up to decked veranda. Note: Children must be supervised at all times when visiting the on-site lake. Note: No children and pets to be left unattended at all times while on site. Note: The on-site pub isn't open during the winter months. Note: The on-site restaurant is only open at weekends in October

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
