With great attention to detail, this lovely cottage provides sleeping room for five people in one double and one twin room and a further single bed being available on request. Situated in the hamlet of Penhallow and just two and a half miles from Perranporth is this charming detached cottage. Converted by the current owners, this property has been skilfully and tastefully furnished throughout. There is also a modern, well-equipped kitchen with dining area and a spacious, light and airy living room. This bright, sunny holiday home comes with a delightful enclosed garden for al fresco dining and marvellous views over the surrounding fields whilst the amenities of Truro and the activities of the wider region are easily reached by car.

Oil central heating. Electric oven and electric hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, TV with Freeview, DVD. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate available. Off road parking for 2 cars. Lawned garden with patio area and furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub 10 mins. Note: There is a well outside the property which has been sealed. Note: There is a minor road 50 yards away.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
