This detached bungalow in the Cornish village of Angarrack sleeps six people in three bedrooms. Warveneth is a detached bungalow situated in the village of Angarrack, near Hayle and St Ives. The cottage sleeps six people in three bedrooms, consisting of one king-size double, one zip/link twin and a children's bunk, as well as a bathroom. The cottage also a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room. Outside there's off road parking for two cars, a steep front lawned garden and a rear enclosed patio with furniture. Warveneth is a convenient base for families with plenty to keep everyone entertained in the area.

Electric central heating with underfloor heating in bathroom. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, 2 x TVs with Sky, DVD, iPod dock, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Steep front lawned garden. Enclosed patio with furniture. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 5 mins walk, pub 2 mins walk. Note: There are 10 steps to access property.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:Owners very friendly and helpful. The cottage was warm and comfortable; flowers and welcome pack were a nice touch. Will use this cottage again!
