There is a ground floor double bedroom with French doors leading out onto the veranda, a first floor twin bedroom, a ground floor shower room and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and a veranda with furniture. Dovecote is a wonderful holiday base.

Oil fired central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge,/freezer, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Sun room with furniture. Shared courtyard with furniture and shared use of enclosed swim spa (2m wide, 4m long and 1.2m deep). Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop, pub and beach 10 mins walk. Note: Sloping ceiling in twin room. Note: This property has a galleried landing, children to be supervised at all times.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:Wonderful holiday. The best part about this cottage is the location. Within walking distance of some great beaches. Dog friendly. Hot tub was ace. Would be a fantastic location for a group of families/couples.
