The house can sleep six people with two ground floor bedrooms, a twin which can be zip and linked to create a king-size double on request and a twin plus a further king-size bedroom on the first floor with its own bathroom. The living accommodation comprises a sitting room with wood burning stove and a kitchen dining room plus a further ground floor shower room. Accessed from the sitting room is a south-facing decked terrace. Nearby roadside parking is available 3 minute walk away and you can stop outside the property drive to drop off luggage when you arrive. There is also a space at the property which requires reverse parking around a tight angle, and so might not be suitable for all drivers. Turfrick is an excellent venue for couples and families and a superb location with excellent restaurants/bars, old inns, cafes and art galleries within paces.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
