This detached, ground floor cottage on the Inny Vale Holiday Village is situated near Camelford with two bedrooms accommodating four people.  Lilyvale is a charming, detached holiday home on the Inny Vale Holiday Village near Camelford, set between Bodmin Moor and the North Cornwall coastline. The property is set solely on the ground floor with a double room and a twin room with a TV, plus a family bathroom. The living space is open plan with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area, with a door leading out onto the south-facing patio. There is a brick-built barbecue on the patio and guests also have access to lawned areas and furniture and a tennis court. There is also off road parking for one car. In a great spot for touring Cornwall, Lilyvale has something for everyone to enjoy.

Electric panel heaters. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, 2 x TVs (one with Freeview, one for DVD use only), DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Lawned garden with patio and furniture, plus shared use of tennis court 100 yards away. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 4.5 miles. Note: Unfenced lake on-site, children to be supervised.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:We had a really lovely time and were very pleased with the whole experience. It was like staying in a proper home from home and we felt very comfortable there, it was sad to leave. We would definitely book again next time we are heading in this direction.
