The beautifully furnished apartment has an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and comfortable sitting area, and offers delightful views over the harbour. Harbour Bridge is located in an iconic setting and is a perfect romantic retreat for couples wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle of daily life to one of Cornwall's prettiest villages.

Electric panel heaters. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, Smart TVs with Freeview in sitting room and bedroom, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Reserved off road parking for one car in private car park serving the village situated seven mins walk away accessed via a steep lane. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops next to property, pubs less than a 1 min walk away. Note: There is limited headroom in certain areas of the apartment. Note: It's possible to load/unload outside the property only with turning space alongside the slipway, however the roads are very narrow, care to be taken. Note: No children under 12 years of age.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
