This modern family home is situated just beyond the beach at Crantock, and can sleep ten people in five bedrooms. Seagrass is a superb and stylish modern family home located just beyond the sand dunes at Crantock. The house sleeps eight adults and two children, and has two king size rooms, three twin rooms (one on the first floor), a family bathroom, shower room and cloakroom. On the ground floor there is also a utilities room. The kitchen and sitting room are located on the first floor. Outside is a large enclosed garden with raised deck, outdoor furniture and a barbecue, plus off road parking for four cars. Within easy walking distance of the beach and village centre, Seagrass is the perfect seaside pad for an uber-cool holiday at any time of the year.
