This wonderful detached farmhouse is set in lovely countryside, close to St Agnes and sleeps ten people in five bedrooms. Five Elements Farmhouse is a luxury detached property situated in beautiful countryside, in a small hamlet, 3.3 miles from the village of St Agnes. This holiday home sleeps ten people and has five bedrooms, consisting of two zip/link super king-size doubles with en-suite shower, a zip/link super king-size double, a zip/link king-size double and a twin, along with a family bathroom. The property also has a kitchen, a dining room, a sitting room with woodburner, a conservatory and a games room with pool table. Outside there's off road parking for three cars, a front and side enclosed lawned garden with terrace, patio, hot tub and barbecue and shared use of 15-acres of grounds. Five Elements Farmhouse is an excellent Cornish base.

Gas Falcon range cooker with electric double oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge, 2 x freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, Smart TV with Freeview & Sky Cinema /sports, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Off road parking for 3 cars. Front and side enclosed lawned garden with terrace, patio, hot tub and BBQ, plus shared use of 15-acres of grounds with walking areas. Two well-behaved dogs welcome, downstairs only. Sorry, no smoking. Shop, pub and beach 2.5 miles. Note: Holistic consultations and therapies available on request by qualified practitioner. Note: Daily Yoga classes also available Please contact the owner for further information. Note: Stream in grounds, children to be supervised and pets to be kept on leads at all times. Note: Five steps down to access the property. Note: Two weeks notice is required to be given to the owner if any changes are needed to the standard set up of the zip/link beds.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
