The cottage sleeps seven people in four bedrooms which are two super king-size doubles which can be twin rooms on request, a single room and a ground floor twin. There is also a wet room and a ground floor bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath. Completing the accommodation is a kitchen, utility, dining room and a sitting room with a woodburner. Outside there is off road parking for two cars, bike storage and a lawned garden with a terrace with furniture, a barbecue and a hot tub. Bike and surfboard storage. Lawned garden and terrace with furniture, BBQ, firepit and hot tub (seats 4). Sorry, no smoking. Two well-behaved pets welcome, downstairs only. Shop and pub 2.5 miles. Beach 2.5 miles. Note: Holistic consultations and therapies available on request by qualified practitioner Note: Daily Yoga classes also available.Note: Stream in grounds, children to be supervised and pets to be kept on leads at all times. Note: Eight shallow steps down to access the property.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:What an amazing cottage, it was equipped with everything we needed and made our first holiday to Cornwall very memorable. The hot tub was a brilliant addition. The area around the cottage was very quiet and peaceful. Overall we had fantastic holiday.
