Hosting three bedrooms TV/DVD player in each room ; two double (one with en-suite facilities), and one twin, as well as a family bathroom, this cottage can sleep up to six people. Inside, you will also find a utility and an open plan sitting, kitchen and dining area with a fire. To the outside, is off road parking for one car and a decked balcony. Resting in a delightful setting, with popular attractions, 2 Cedar Lodge Park is a refreshing cottage in a heart warming part of England.

Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, selection of books and games.TV/DVD player in each bedroom. Cot and highchair available. All Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car next to property, plus additional parking in visitor parking area by site exit. Decked balcony with furniture and BBQ (please provide your own charcoal), plus communal grass areas around the lodge. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 3 miles.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
