This seaside cottage is situated in the village of Kingsand and can sleep four people in three bedrooms. Samphire is a lovely cottage with a super seaview in the village of Kingsand, which is set on the Rame Peninsular, just the other side of Plymouth. On the first floor is a spacious twin bedroom enjoying fine sea views, as well as a shower room with WC. Walking through the shower room will bring you to a single bedroom and so this property can offer flexible sleeping arrangements for four guests. On the second floor is the wonderfully light and bright master bedroom with glorious dual aspect sea views - even a bathtub with a view! The open plan living accommodation on the ground floor, is warmed by the glow of a wood burning stove. To the rear there is pretty galley style kitchen. The sea is on your doorstep and within a few steps are some local shops, Inns and eateries. This is a perfect spot for those who don't wish to go anywhere else although there is always room for exploring.
