This detached barn conversion is close to the town of Callington near to Tavistock and can sleep ten people in five bedrooms.  Beech Owl Barn is a lovely barn conversion situated close to the town of Callington just nine miles from Tavistock in Cornwall. The cottage can sleep ten people in one king-size double bedroom, three double and one twin, together with bathroom with bath and shower room with shower. Also in the house is a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with woodburner. Outside is off road parking for three cars and a private garden with furniture together with outdoor heated swimming pool. Beech Owl Barn is a lovely barn conversion ideal for using as a base to explore this beautiful part of the country.

Oil central heating with log burner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own pool towels. Off road parking for 3 cars. Private enclosed garden with furniture and full-size croquet. Outdoor heated swimming pool. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub 1.5 miles. Note: Check-in 4pm Note: drainage from a septic tank, there is no mains drainage.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
