There is also a ground floor bathroom and a first floor open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside there is a shared courtyard with furniture and a firepit, shared use of a swimming pool, tennis court and children's play area and off road parking for two cars. Granary is a wonderful relaxing cottage set in a stunning location for holidays throughout the year.

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Shared courtyard with furniture, BBQ and firepit. Woodland walk and formal gardens. Shared outdoor heated swimming pool (available March to September), tennis court and children's play area. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 4 miles, pub on-site by arrangement or 10 mins walk. Note: There is an interconnecting door between this property and Ref 935895 which will remain locked if the properties are booked separately. Note: Second floor mezzanine twin has open access to the stairs, children to be supervised. Note: The on-site cellar bar does not have set opening hours, please contact the owner to arrange use. Note: There is an adjoining function room available for private hire by prior arrangement with the owner. Note: There is an unfenced pond in the grounds, children and pets to be supervised. Note: Check-in time 4pm.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
