This spacious, bright and airy lodge is set on a secluded area of the Trecan Farm, eight miles from Looe, with three bedrooms accommodating up to five people.  Nestled in a quiet, secluded location on Trecan Farm, five miles from Looe and surrounded by beautiful Cornish countryside, is this wonderful, spacious holiday lodge. The lodge has three bedrooms, including one with a zip/link king-size bed and one with a double bed and en-suite shower. There is also a bathroom with a bath and shower over. Downstairs is an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining table and sitting area. Outside is a lawned garden, off road parking and shared games room and tennis court. An excellent getaway for families, friends and couples visiting Cornwall.

Gas central heating with electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Lawned garden with furniture and access to field. Shared tennis court. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub 3 miles. Note: The single bed can be replaced with a cot or cot bed on request and with prior arrangement. Note: Although all ground floor, property has two access doors reached by three or six steps or by using the ramp available.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
