Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
Property Feedback:Tyack was an excellent flat and was only a 10 minute walk into Charlestown. It was ideal and the Harbourside Inn sold excellent reasonably priced food!

,The apartment and location were ideal for visiting Cornwall. There is a view of the sea and it is very near to Charlestown Harbour which is quite unique. The apartment was a lovely and extremely comfortable base to return to after a day's sightseeing.
,The apartment was in a perfect location close to the harbour, pubs and St Austell town. It had everything we could possibly ask for and it felt like a true home from home. It made for a perfect week, I hope we'll be back again!
