A detached bungalow set on Blagdon Farm holiday park, near the village of Ashwater in Devon that can sleep two people in one bedroom. Wagtail is a detached single-storey lodge set in beautiful Blagdon Farm. With one bedroom containing a double bed and a sitting room with a sofa bed, it can sleep three adults or two adults and two children. There is an airy open-plan living room with sofa bed, chair and a dining area, and a kitchen with oven, microwave and fridge/freezer. The wet room has a shower, basin and WC with handrails. Outside, there is room to park one car and an outdoor seating area with lovely views. It is placed next to a shared swimming pool. Located near the village of Ashwater, Wagtail is an ideal choice for those wishing to explore the vibrant counties of Devon and Cornwall.

Gas central heating. Electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. All Egyptian-cotton bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Bike storage. Decked patio area with furniture. Shared use of indoor heated swimming pool, fishing lake, games room and children's play area. One well behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Note: maximum occupancy 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. Note: There is a lake at this property, children should be supervised. Note: Swimming pool is open approx from Easter school holidays until October half-term and two weeks over the xmas period.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
