This fantastic, detached cottage is situated six miles from Castle Douglas in Scotland, and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. Gamepark Wood is a superb, detached, single-storey cottage set 6 miles from Castle Douglas in Dumfries & Galloway. With one king-size double and one twin bedroom, the property can sleep four people. There's also a bathroom, a kitchen with dining area, a utility room and a sitting room with woodburner. Outside, there is ample off road parking plus a lawned garden with furniture, BBQ, a dog run and a summerhouse with Sky TV. Gamepark Wood is a fantastic holiday home, with all you'll need for a special break in Scotland.

Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Ample off road parking. Lockable bike storage. Enclosed lawned garden with furniture, BBQ and summerhouse. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 6 miles. Note: Mobile coverage is variable. Note: The rear garden beyond the lawned area is uneven where trees have been felled. Note: The summerhouse contains a hot tub, which is unusable. Note: One step up into property and one internal step. Two steps into summerhouse.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
