A mid-terrace cottage in the town of Kirkcudbright in Dumfries and Galloway in Scotland that can sleep ten people in five bedrooms. Baytree House is a mid-terrace Georgian townhouse in the town of Kirkcudbright in Scotland. It has five bedrooms consisting of three twin bedrooms which are zip link and can be super king size beds, as well as two doubles, four of the bedrooms have en-suite facilities as well as there being a family bathroom, it can sleep ten people. Also inside there is a kitchen, dining room, drawing room and a games room. To the outside there is roadside parking in front of the house as well as a rear lawn garden with a table and chairs. Baytree House is a fantastic cottage in a wonderful location.

Secure, dry cycle storage for up to 10 bikes. Unlimited well behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops and pubs 3 mins walk.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
