With one double bedroom and one room with bunk beds as well as a family bathroom, the cottage can sleep four people. Also in the cottage are a fitted galley kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area. Outside the cottage is off road parking for 2 cars, a lawned front garden and a large rear lawn and patio with countryside views. With the sea just a couple of minutes walk away, 3 Laigh Isle is a superb holiday cottage for anyone wishing to discover this beautiful part of Scotland.

Electric central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Lawned front garden, rear lawn and patio with countryside views. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Note: Mobile phone reception can be variable at this location (reasonable in garden). Note: This property sleeps a max of 2 adults and 2 children.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:The cottage was situated within a beautiful area and the complex was very well appointed and maintained. Due to the isolation of the cottage it was very quiet at night leading to a good nights sleep.
