This semi-detached farmhouse is located on a farm complex in Johnstonebridge near Lockerbie and can sleep eight people in four bedrooms. Partridge House is a semi-detached farmhouse on a farm complex in Johnstonebridge, six miles from Lockerbie in southern Scotland. The cottage has two double bedrooms (one with an en-suite) and two twin rooms, which with the addition of a family bathroom make it suitable for eight people. The rest of the accommodation comprises a fitted kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside the cottage is off road parking for four cars and an enclosed lawned garden. Set on a separate area of the Lockerbie Lorry Park, close to the A74(M), Partridge House is part of a group that can sleep up to 25 people.

Oil central heating with woodburner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 4 cars. Enclosed lawned garden. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Bar and cafe on-site. Shops and pubs 6 miles. Note: Cottage is situated on a separate area of the Lockerbie Lorry Park close to the A74(M), therefore minimal noise disruption can be heard when inside the cottage.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:Our family had a lovely time during our stay at Partridge House. It was ideal for us as we wanted to spend the New Year with all the family, including our dog. The kitchen was open plan and we enjoyed cooking in it as it involved everyone.
