Uniquely base in Oxenford Castle, the property sleeps four in two light filled bedrooms, a master king and a twin. There is a spacious open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, diner and lounge. The property has a separate modern family bathroom with a bath and shower over. Outside guests are free to roam the extensive castle grounds and enjoy a game of tennis on one of the on site courts. There is off road parking for two cars located at the front of the castle. The apartment is within a mile from the local pub and shop. Located just 11 miles from Edinburgh, Housekeeper's Rooms is the perfect holiday base for guests to enjoy the Scottish countryside.

Bio-mass fuel heating. Electric oven and hob, fridge, washing machine, TV with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Extensive castle grounds and gardens with tennis courts for use by arrangement with the owners. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: The check-in time is 4pm and check out is 10am. Note: No children under 5 years old

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
