The cottage also has an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and a sitting area. Outside there's off road parking for two cars, a communal lawned area and access to a fishing loch. A delightful lodge with many walks and cycle routes in the area.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Balcony with furniture. Communal lawned area with private decked area, furniture and access to fishing loch. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Seasonal shop 8 mins walk, shop (open all year) 2 miles, pub on-site 2 mins walk. Note: Limited mobile phone reception on-site. Note: Balcony off one of the double bedrooms, children to be supervised. Note: Open loch on-site, please ensure children are supervised at all times.
