Sleeping four people in two bedrooms, this semi-detached cottage is on a working arable farm in the countryside near Mauchline in Ayrshire. The Barn at Daldorch is a semi-detached cottage on a working arable farm in the Ayrshire countryside, 4 miles from Mauchline. There is a double room with an en-suite shower room, and a twin room. There is a bathroom, a fitted kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with woodburning stove. Outside is ample off road parking, and a rear garden with furniture and BBQ. The Barn at Daldorch is a lovely family base for Ayrshire and its coastline.

Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Ample off road parking. Enclosed lawned rear garden with furniture and BBQ. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

,We liked the outstanding accommodation and the wonderful hosts. This is a very beautiful location with direct access to the source to coast river path. There are many good pubs which are dog friendly and close proximity to the coast for fabulous beach walks, our dog had a great time, as did we.

,This cottage is of an extremely high standard with touches that make it feel more like a home than a holiday cottage. The location is very rural, 2 miles from the main road, so it was very quiet. Weather permitting the garden is an ideal place for relaxing and eating in the garden.

,The house was immaculate, everything in it was well thought out and of top quality, a real home from home - if my home was as nice. Loved the walks along the river behind the house, they were perfect for wearing out a husband and a lively spaniel! A wonderful location to explore the beautiful countryside. This was our first visit to Scotland, there is so much to do we will have to come back!
